The Old Library provides a stunning, historic backdrop, redesigned with children in mind to offer modern facilities and extensive outdoor play opportunities where children can flourish.
We understand the issues parents face when considering childcare and have designed our services to be adaptable and affordable to meet your individual needs.
OFSTED RATED ‘GOOD’
With a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating, Lister Steps is open 51 weeks of the year, offering full day care and education for babies & pre-school children, plus out of school activity clubs for children up to the age of 14.
All our staff are highly motivated and access regular training to ensure that they are up to date with best practice and changing trends in childcare. Lister Steps operate an open door policy so you are welcome to call in to The Old Library at any time to have a look around and meet the team.
Our ethos and charitable objectives underline our commitment to our community; we believe in stakeholder involvement and encourage parents to be involved and have a say in the delivery of our services.
