At a price to suit your budget, your dedicated Events Planner will support you throughout the entire planning process, from initial ideas up to delivery on the day. With capacity for 140 guests, we can provide in-house catering, high quality AV technology, exclusive hire and introductions to our preferred partners. Located just outside Liverpool city centre with excellent transport links, your guests will be able to enjoy our spectacular surroundings whilst you relax safe in the knowledge that every detail is taken care of.
Holding your event at The Old Library will help us to re-invest in our community. When you book your wedding with us, you sustain Lister Steps’ on-going social activities that bring people together. When your delegates enjoy our coffee and cake, you help to deliver healthy-lifestyle training for young people.
Here’s some quick info about our venue hire:
– Venue hire for private events: £60 per hour (excluding weddings).
– We open the building specifically for private events, so we charge for every hour that you need access, not just for the time your guests arrive and leave.
– We do not offer catering but are happy to welcome outside catering for a £25 service charge. If caterers need to use the kitchen, there’s an additional charge of £30 per hour.
– We have a fully licensed bar available.
– Please note, there is absolutely no smoking on site, including the outside grounds.
