Job Title: Early Years Co Ordinator

Reporting to: Childcare Manager

Hours of Work: 35

JOB SUMMARY

  • To assume overall responsibility for raising the quality of early years provision, including physical, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for children in the setting
  • To always promote excellent practice.
  • To lead practice across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • To support and mentor other practitioners in the skills and behaviours that safeguards and promotes good outcomes for children.
  • You will also oversee the implementation of EYFS within Lister Steps
  • You will work with all Team Leaders to ensure EYFS is being delivered consistently to families.
  • To foster the values of Lister Steps of Courage, Creativity, Respect, Commitment and Integrity in a child centred environment.

The team have sold cupcakes all week and held a pyjama day on Friday. The nursey also had a visit from Zoe’s Place and the children gave them a card full of good luck wishes.
