We are delighted to announce that – after overwhelming demand – we will be hosting a programme of Community Yoga Classes at The Old Library.

Huge thanks to @officialsportengland who are kindly funding this project for our community.

We will run standard yoga sessions on Tuesday mornings, and we will soon also confirm chair yoga sessions – watch this space!

Due to the popularity of these sessions – and for safety reasons – all places will need to be booked in advance each week on our Eventbrite page. See the link in our bio, or scan the code in our picture.

Full details can also be found on the Eventbrite page.https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/lister-steps-at-the-old-library-120676763286

We are so pleased we can offer people in our community the opportunity to enjoy quality yoga sessions, but we know that demand is high. With this in mind, please note that you may not get a place every week and bookings will be on a first come first served basis. We cannot exceed our set numbers.

We can’t wait for us to Move Together!
